A 90-minute restorative yoga practice, guided & supported by Kevin & Sasha.
Kevin will guide you into a series of cozy restorative yoga poses with the support of blankets, bolsters & blocks. Each pose will be held for 5-15 min, helping you to release tension & stress from your body & mind.
Sasha will provide hands-on gentle touch to those who consent. These adjustments will take you even deeper into a state of ease & restoration.
This evening is designed to take your nervous system out of a fight-or-flight state & into deep body-mind-spirit nourishment.
